What You’ll Do
- Execute claims technical audits for a variety of FTI clients involving varied level of detail and complexity
- Participate in complex litigation engagements
- Representative claims audits may include, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Excess, Auto and/or Professional Liability
- Review and analyze claims handling practices of claims handled by TPAs
- Assist with project management on each engagement
- Interact with client personnel along with external attorneys
- Support the execution of claims consulting audits
- Assist with litigation support projects
What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience either as a claims adjuster or previous consulting experience as a technical claims auditor
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty claims
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
- Strong decision making skills
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel to FTI office(s) and client site(s) as needed
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
